About
me……
I
graduated, and was ordained, from the Reunion Living Ministry Program in
December 1999, under the Directorship of Dr. Reverend BettyLue Lieber,
and her husband Reverend Dr. Robert Waldon.
Since
then, it has been my great honor and joy to officiate at many ceremonies
and blessing rituals.
On a
personal note, my husband and I are blessed with a warm loving family.
To add to our joy are our pets, a rescued Golden Retriever, Tabby cat
and assorted fish. Our little farm is thriving; goats, a
tiny flock of sheep, alpacas, chickens, and several stray cats complete
our menagerie. The neighborhood wildlife know that our home is a
good place to find a snack, so we have lots of feathered and furry
visitors.
I
have an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, and a Certificate in
Gerontology, both from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. I
am a Reiki Master Level Teacher and Practitioner. Knowledge is power and
joy, so I am usually enrolled in classes to broaden my understanding. I
am currently enrolled at Western Michigan University to obtain a degree
in Environmental Science and Comparative Religions.
In
my spare time, I love to spin wool from my sheep into yarn, and knit and
crochet warm wear for the cold winter months. Working in the organic
garden, creating scrap books, counted cross stitch and quilting are
meditative and enjoyable for me. There is always a project to work on!
My
husband, children and grandchildren have taught me so much about loving,
living and being with the Divine. Seeing the world through the eyes of a
child opens my eyes daily to the miracles of our world.
Thank
you for reading this. Know that you are welcome to call or email me with
any questions or concerns you may have. I would be delighted to share
time with you.
Blessings,
Sharon
